Terms of reservation:
- check-in time: from 3 PM if possible
- check-out time: before 11 AM
- all confirmations must be written (mail, e-mail or fax message) & guaranteed with a credit card number and expiration date (Mastercard or VISA)

Cancellation policy:
- a written confirmation is necessary in case of cancellation
- any cancellation within 15 days prior to check-in dates or non-arrival without previous notice: a charge of one night minimum
